ELCOO is an independent creative practice. We don't work in one lane, and that's deliberate.
Most creative businesses pick a category and stay in it. ELCOO doesn't. We move between schools, community projects, workshops, art and one-off commissions — because the way we work doesn't depend on the type of project in front of us.
Every project starts the same way: understanding what's actually needed, then building something specific to it. That might mean spending a term working with a school, designing a community project with the people it serves, running a workshop for a specific group, or taking on a commission that doesn't fit any category at all.
We stay small and hands-on by design. Every project we take on gets worked on directly, not passed down a chain — which is also why we're selective about what we take on.
ELCOO is built to keep growing sideways: new fields of work get added as they come along, not forced into the categories we started with.
We build each project around its own brief rather than fitting it into a standard package.
